TKiD Artwork License v1.0

Welcome! This license is designed to help small creators grow while protecting the original art. By using TKiD artwork, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership & Copyright

• Artist Rights: TKiD (the “Artist”) retains 100% ownership and copyright of all original artwork and character designs.
• Scope of License: This license applies ONLY to solo artwork created 100% by TKiD. Collaborations with other artists and Logos are EXCLUDED from these terms unless otherwise stated.
• No Ownership Transfer: Using or modifying the art does not make you the owner. You cannot claim authorship or present the work as your own.
• Modifications: You may edit or remix the art for personal projects or physical merch, but TKiD still owns the underlying character design.
• Personal Use: Fans are free to use TKiD art for non-commercial purposes (wallpapers, avatars, private printing) without notification.

2. Physical Merchandise (“Grow-With-Me”)

Small businesses and creators can sell physical goods (stickers, shirts, posters) under these rules:

• The Notification: You must Email or DM TKiD to inform them before you begin sales.
• The Free Limit: Sell up to 5,000 units royalty-free, provided your business earns less than $50,000 USD annually.
• The Royalty Trigger: Once you exceed 5,000 units or the revenue cap, you must contact TKiD to set up a royalty agreement.
• Fulfillment: You may use POD services (like Printful) to fulfill orders on your own independent store (Etsy, Shopify).
• Marketplace Exclusion: You are strictly forbidden from uploading TKiD art to Public Marketplaces like Redbubble, Teespring, or Amazon Merch.

3. Usage Restrictions

• No Digital Sales: You cannot sell digital copies, NFTs, or downloads of the art.
• Attribution: All commercial products must include the credit: “Art by TKiD” or “© TKiD” displayed on listing descriptions and directly on the product where feasible.
• No AI Training/Data Use: TKiD artwork may not be used in AI datasets, machine learning training, or generative models of any kind.
• Conduct: Art must not be used for hate speech, illegal acts, or anything that harms the reputation of TKiD.

4. Updates & Termination

• Updates: TKiD may update this license at any time. New terms apply to new production immediately.
• Inventory Rule: If the license changes, you can finish selling your already-printed stock under the old terms.
• Right to Stop: TKiD reserves the right to revoke permission via Email or DM. Once notified, you must stop production immediately.

5. Legal Jurisdiction

• This license is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts in the Artist’s local jurisdiction.
